This race is coming from north areas of England, the county Yorkshire, Manchester and Leeds. In the period of the revolution falling for years to 1860-1870, Scottish weavers in seeking" bread "were forced to leave their homeland and of settling
in England. Small dogs accompanied their families on the Scottish majority, Paisley and Clydesdale terriery which contributed to the uprising Yorkshire Terriera. Weavers applied them for destroying vermin
